RightFax MFP Module for Minolta

RightFax integrates with Konica Minolta MFPs to bridge the gap between paper documents and digital document delivery and enables companies to provide a multifunctional solution for all their document communications needs.

RightFax Konica Minolta MFP Module features include:

• Intelligent outbound fax delivery - Enables outbound faxing via walk up fax, RightFax user accounts as well as secure and encrypted delivery from the Konica Minolta MFP. The RightFax MFP Module also enables users to take advantage of RightFax options such as cover sheets, phone books, library documents, billing codes, call grouping, scheduling, priority sending, and human-answered faxes
• .RightFax user account - The Konica Minolta and RightFax integration allows Konica Minolta bizhub users to access RightFax user accounts. For example, you can access your RightFax user preferences from the Konica Minolta device via the RightFax MFP Module with Konica Minolta extension so that when you identify yourself at the Konica Minolta device, your RightFax user options are automatically applied when sending a fax.
• Certified and encrypted delivery - RightFax Enterprise Suite users can take advantage of encrypted and certified delivery options as added safeguards to further protect information accuracy, privacy and security.
• Intelligent inbound fax receipt, routing and management Improves organizational document flow - with intelligent inbound document delivery including smart distribution and AutoReply.
• Open database design - Includes Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, support for Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Standard/Enterprise Editions and support for Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard/Enterprise Editions.
