RightFax Workflow Wizard

RightFax can be extended to provide more control, connectivity, and collaboration capability than ever before. RightFax can now be extended with routing and approval process workflow.

The RightFax Workflow Wizard module can now extend RightFax deployment by adding process accountability to inbound faxes and automatically associating the inbound faxes with routing and approval processes. Inbound faxes can now be directed to predefined workflows to ensure that fax documents are managed in a timely manner and not ignored, deleted or lost. Tasks related to the inbound fax process can be mapped in a workflow process and assigned to individuals or groups responsible for those tasks. Escalation rules can be associated with the assigned task to ensure that the work is completed in a timely manner.

The newly redesigned RightFax Workflow Wizard provides organizations with a simple, easy to use, wizard-driven, step-by-step linear workflow development tool. It includes template workflows, template Web forms and a new navigation wizard to guide users through the steps required to build and deploy fax routing or fax-approval workflow without any coding or programming required. The wizard directs users to create business rules and Web forms to interact with and direct the fax-approval workflow.

The primary purpose of the RightFax Workflow Wizard is to enable organizational accountability related to the processing of each inbound fax that is received and passed into a predefined workflow.
